P.S. ARTS EXPRESS YOURSELF 2008.P.S. Arts and Target hosted the Express Yourself 2008 event at the Santa Monica Air Center on Sunday. The privately funded, non-profit organization that is in it’s 17th year of restoring arts in public schools in Los Angeles Country and the Central Valley.
